The Prime Ministers is very arrogant in that he intends to give Free Land Titles to Vagrants. This is the work of a Dictator who does not care at all about people that owns the land and denying Indigenous Native Land Owner Rights. It is not a matter of denying citizens Rights to movement but rather a measurable control of Influx of people into Urban Port Moresby.

Everyone has land and owns land, even the Vagrants that squat everywhere and anywhere they please in Port Moresby also do have land back home. Why leave your lands and come grab free lands that have owners. Send them back to where they came from and Go to their places and Deliver Much needed Services. No one is Landless in Papua and New Guinea.

Papua Besena strongly opposes and detests this move by the PM.

PM by now is fully aware that Papua Besena has taken Papua's case Internationally and the response are Positive.

Papuan Leaders NEED to Stand Together and against this move and fight for their people who have suffered Injustice and who have being denied equal Rights on their Own Land with Little to NO development at all in our Districts.

Papua Besena is calling on the PM and his Government to listen to the cries of the PapuanPeople. 
Papua Besena is also calling on the PM to Stop Establishing Non-Relevance and rejecting Papua Besena's Authority but rather plan on events of the near future.
