Framework for Assessing Compensation for the Wrongful Loss of Customary Land

An economic evaluation of the compensation to which Papua New Guinea’s customary landholders - wrongly dispossessed through Special Agricultural Business Leases (SABL) - might be entitled if they successfully sued the government.
